You might be wondering how I created this image above. GOD gave all of us a brain. Some of us try to exercise it as much as we can to keep it healthy as long as we can. I was just working on this month's site articles, thinking I'm a little short on stories when GOD stepped in and now you see the result.
Although the picture above is a little extreme, these are extreme times and if we the people don't understand what our eyes and ears are witnessing now, time has a way of moving so fast, we could wake up one day to this! He is always with us. We need to be always with him!

- Full body movement is a basic requirement when playing tennis. You run, bend, and use your arms and legs.
- Anytime you run your cardio gets stronger, your muscles get stronger, and your overall health gets stronger.
- Social tennis always brings happier moods. However, competitive tennis can also elicit some very bad moods.
- Tennis is a quick moving game therefore quicker thinking is enhanced.
- Playing new people certainly develops new friendships for life sometimes.
- Stress is real and people have always hit on things to relieve it. People get hit all the time by stressed out people. Why not just take a racquet and hit the hell out of a yellow ball. It feels good.
- The more you indulged in something, the more confidence you build and can apply to other things.
- Tennis and any other hobbies always builds personal growth.
