My cousin Bruce and I climbed to the top of this peak at Cleveland Metroparks Euclid Creek Reservation. He says when he comes to the park, he goes up and down the mountain twice. That's way over 2,000 steps on a steep incline. Believe you me, that is an extreme work out baby! It was no joke. You have to be especially careful going down.
At Loco Lobster restaurant, I ordered the cheeseburger with lobster. OMG! The size and the taste was crazy good. You get 2 fer $17.00. I have the menu to show. A must eat at restaurant.
Cleveland Metroparks Euclid Creek Reservation. There are all kinds of family things to do here besides climbing the mountain. Pastor Bruce plans on having a service one Sunday morning at the park
Long Island National Cemetery is one of the largest national cemeteries in our nation. It is located in Farmingdale, New York. My mother's gravesite is shown here, the backside of my father's stone.
Every trip to New York I try to go to dinner with my daughter Shamara and her mother Vickie. She wanted to go to Outback Steak House.
Sitting in the kitchen at my aunt's home with a hoody on. It was a little cool for this Houstonian that day.
James at Cleveland Metroparks Euclid Creek Reservation. It is 1,083 ft (330 m) straight up. Last year I was huffing and puffing and needed my second wind to kick in to make it to the top. This year no problem, I was ready.
This is my aunt's neighborhood. Very nice and very quiet. There is a hill going down to her son's Greg's home that challenges you when walking back up it or riding a bike. I made that trek several times while I was there. I got in 9500 steps, twice around the block, and did that 3 days.
Every morning I did 10,000 steps, 5 miles of walking in the retirement community where my deceased sister Yvonne (Punkin) lived. These folks were out in the morning getting theirs in too. Take notice fat America! Get out and help yourself baby!
James' father's gravesite. My father was in the army during WWII. He was a cook and a very good one at that. We got the chance to taste his vittles everyday, although Wetson's Hamburgers still was the best.
James sitting in hotel lobby with his niece Kiffanie Woodlin. Kiffanie is my oldest brother Donald's daughter. She lives in Richmond, Virginia. We were there attending my sister's funeral.
Here is the menu at Loco Lobster. If you like seafood, then this is the place for you. It's sponsored by Uber Eats, however it's cheaper to pick up your order or dine in. There are many 2 fers on the menu. The menu is insane!
The Duquensne Incline looks like a Trolley Car. It was built on Mt.Washington in Pittsburgh, PA in 1930. It carried the steel workers that lived on the top of the mountain down to the steel and coal mines at street level. They would walk the 1014 steps down in the morning and pay 2 cents to ride back up the mountain after 12 hours of work.

You cannot go to New York and not have the best pizza in our country. It's all about the dough and the water used to make it. I had a regular slice of cheese, and a regular slice of meat lovers shown here. Scrumptious!!!
You cannot go to New York and not have the best cheesecake in our country. Once again, the ingredients make it happen. This slice of strawberry cheesecake was delicious.
Everyone knows diner food will never disappoint the hungry human-being. This diner was no exception. Everything on the menu was to the bone. The cheesecake above came from there.
My nephew Sammy.
My daughter Shamara's meal at OutBack SteakHouse. She and I both had the coconut shrimp, sweet potato, and a medley of vegetables for me.
My daughter's mother's meal at OutBack SteakHouse. She had the bbq ribs and baked potatoe. She needs to visit me in Houston, Texas and I'll show her some BBQ BABY!!!
Aunt Bambi trying the appetizer fried chitterlings at the Chinese restaurant within walking distance to her house. She says they were not for her, but she's going back to try their other pork intestines as they are written on the menu.
James standing outside of his aunt Bambi's on a beautiful cool morning in September after taking the walk around the block two times to get in some exercise.
Cousin Bruce McLaurin and James McLaurin passing through the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh on our way out to the subway to go downtown.
Cousin Bruce McLaurin and I had just come off the subway to downtown. We journeyed into the Market Square. Pretty cool. You'd like it! It was Monday at about 2pm.
This is where I stay when I'm visiting my aunt Bambi. It's a nice week of relaxation, plenty of exercise, good food, the company of my aunt who is an amazing loving human-being, and Gwen and cousin Greg the Cleveland Browns loyal fans.
I'm on the street looking at a Quarry and someone's deck in their backyard. Deer and critters can be seen from the deck. Being I'm from Houston, this is always a very cool sight, as well as the temperature.
I took this picture from Rivers Casino in Pittsburg. My cousin Bruce is taking me on a tour of Pittsburgh.
My cousin and I are on the subway platform in Pittsburgh getting ready to ride.
The first four stops are free to ride. You pay on your fifth stop and so on. We're going downtown for free.
Downtown Pittsburgh.
I'm on top of Mount Washington in Pittsburgh. The scenery of the city is beautiful. The only wrong thing with this picture is the gut I have been building since the beginning of this trip.
Cousin Bruce shopping at the Pittsburgh downton Market Place.
One of the vendors at the downtown market place.
Murial on the subway wall
Cousin Bruce McLaurin and I stopped to get some lunch at the Steel Grill Saloon located on top of Mt. Washington. We both had cornbeef reubens that were delicious.
Riding the subway to downtown from the Rivers Casino, we met this nice man and his very cool eBike.
